Fundamentals of ORSC

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) has predicted that an additional 150,000 team coaches are needed worldwide to meet growing demand.

Learn & master coaching tools and skills that help teams and systems, address intangible hurdles which lead to lack of trust, conflict, unskillful communication and tribalism, towards teams/systems which are more collaborative & aligned whilst at work and at home.

The Fundamentals of Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching is a two-day course for coaching teams, as well as partnerships, families, and wider organisations, at the heart of which is Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™).

About the Course

During this course, you will gain insights into how to utilise RSI to address some of the common challenges that often afflict professional and personal relationships. You’ll learn to:

  • Increase your power and influence by tapping into the inherent wisdom of the team or relationship.
  • Build co-responsibility for both process and outcomes.
  • Establish boundaries and limitations, while focusing on common interests.
  • Reveal roles and garner deeper insights.
  • Craft a narrative that resonates deeply and plots a course for change.

Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™)

Beyond Emotional Intelligence (which is the relationship with self) and Social Intelligence (which is the interaction with others) lies Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™), where the primary focus shifts to encompass the entire group, team, or system.

RSI acknowledges the system or team as a distinct entity, facilitating the emergence of change through collaborative efforts and shared leadership. Each system or team possesses a unique identity, complete with its own personality, intelligence, and information that go beyond the individual components within it.

Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI) operates across three distinctive tiers: the individual system (where we navigate our inner voices), the dyadic or pair system, and expansive large group systems. Each of these tiers forms a crucial leg of the relationship systems coaching framework. Proficiency in all three is imperative for effectively coaching complex systems.

In the Fundamentals (or ORS@Work) course, we introduce the art of fostering conscious and intentional relationships with self and others.
