Those who complete all five module of the core ORSC curriculum, from Fundamentals to Systems Integration, earn 84 CCE units. Coaches who complete the ORSC Certification programme earn the ICF credential ‘ORSCC’ and an additional 99.5 CCE units.
The International Coach Federation has been leading the development of professional coaching for more than a decade. An ICF credential demonstrates knowledge, skill, a commitment to high professional standards, and a strong code of ethics.
Anyone serious about building or maintaining a coaching business should pursue an ICF credential.
