Module 2: Intelligence™

Change is an unavoidable, perpetual, and vital aspect of life, and the ability to adeptly navigate change is a fundamental indicator of overall systemic well-being.

During this three-day course, you’ll delve into the role emotions play within human relationship systems and discover techniques  and way of assisting others in establishing a ‘locus of control.’

This shift in perspective empowers individuals to embrace the notion that change is a natural phenomenon—an essential driver of systemic growth.

This course equips you with a robust toolkit to bolster emotional resilience in the face of change. Additionally, you’ll acquire a skill set that aids your clients in managing challenging situations with grace and wisdom, transitioning from Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence to Relationship Systems Intelligence™.

It’s important to note that these courses must be taken in sequence, as each one builds upon the knowledge gained from the previous course. Before registering for Intelligence, students are required to have successfully completed the Fundamentals of ORSC or ORS@Work.

Why CRR UK?

We are CRR (Centre for Right Relationship) – a team coach training provider who have been upskilling coaches and team leads since 2006. We have been training coaches in Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) for over 18 years. The training is experiential, creating space for you to practice easy to apply and pragmatic tools, upskill your 1-to-1 coaching skills to work with any team or relationship, and build your capacity to create safe spaces for teams to learn who they are.

Community

The UK ORSC Community has been running for over 15 years. The community is run by ORSC practitioners for ORSC practitioners. Gathering monthly to practise and hone in ORSC skills.

By participating in the series, you are invited to join this engaging professional network of like-minded individuals, each bringing a diverse range of skills and experiences, enriching your learning experience. You’ll have the chance to practise, reflect, learn, and connect with this vibrant community. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to co-lead a community event and gain insights on co-facilitation from a senior ORSC Coach  and industry leaders.

Credentials

The ORSC series is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. This means you can work towards obtaining an ICF Credential at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), or Master Certified Coach (MCC) level.

Upon successfully completing all five courses in our ORSC™training series, starting from Fundamentals, and progressing through Systems Integration, you’ll earn 84 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units. For those who want to continue towards mastery of ORSC skills and tools, you will join the 8-month Certification Programme and gain the ORSCC credential and an additional 96.5 CCE units.
