ORSC Module 1 | ORSC Virtual Fundamentals

Are you a coach, team leader, agile coach, manager or do you work with leader development? Are you looking to build on your leadership & coaching skills? If so, ORSC Virtual Fundamentals is the course for you.

On this 2-day course you will learn 20 tools and skills to help you:

  • Manage or coach a team effectively through change
  • Work with conflict
  • Enable diverse teams to create the culture they need to flourish
  • Increase positivity within teams by enhancing systems’ emotional intelligence
  • Develop your virtual facilitation skills and read and work with emotional fields both virtually and in person
  • Learn how to manage or coach a team effectively through difficult & uncertain times

By the end of the course, you will have a greater understanding of the fundamentals of relationships systems and how they can thrive. This course will take your leadership skills to the next level and transform your perspective on relationships of all types, both at work and at home.

Experience the benefits of learning and practicing ORSC tools virtually! All of our courses now include an additional 1.5 hour application session to help you further apply your new ORSC skills & tools to your work environment.
