Welcome to CRR UK

From the living room to the board room, relationship matters

CRR UK provides Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) Training Curriculum in the UK. We deliver life-changing virtual courses for coaches, leaders, managers, CEOs, and anyone working in an environment where relationships play a key role.

Get started on your ORSC journey to rework your complete perspective on relationships at work or at home. Through the full ORSC series of 5 courses, you will gain invaluable tools, skills and knowledge to harness the power of relationships – from the living room to the board room.

Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching

Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) is a methodology that combines ‘systems thinking’ with coaching. By becoming an ORSC practitioner, you will become aware of your own impact on the bigger picture and be able to consciously design your relationships. You will learn an invaluable set of tools to coach others to do the same.

The ORSC curriculum is based on the 5 Principles of Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™), created by renowned thought leaders Marita Fridjhon and Faith Fuller.  They have spent decades developing and teaching others how to be Systems Inspired Leaders.

Their work has expanded systems thinking and built on the work of a number of thought leaders and researchers including Arnold and Amy Mindel, J. Gottman, M. Wheatley, and F. Capra to name a few.
