**New and improved ORSC Fast Track Programme**
We’re thrilled to unveil our revamped ORSC Fast Track programme for this year, and we couldn’t be more excited about the enhancements we’ve made! Our goal is to create an unforgettable learning experience where participants can truly immerse themselves in the world of team coaching while enjoying everything London has to offer during the vibrant summer months.
Designed for aspiring ORSC practitioners who have already completed one of our foundation courses, our Fast Track program offers the opportunity to complete the core curriculum and become a skilled team coach in just 12 days. Throughout the programme, participants will learn 40 tools and 27 skills essential for effective team coaching, all while practising face-to-face with their learning system and receiving invaluable mentoring support from our experienced faculty members.
But that’s not all – as part of our Fast Track makeover, we’re excited to announce that we will now be providing additional support by pairing participants with coaching clients for real-life practice. This hands-on experience will allow participants to apply their newfound skills to real-world scenarios, further enhancing their learning and confidence as team coaches.
In addition to the intensive training sessions, participants can look forward to evening activities designed to help them unwind, socialise, and experience the magic of London in the summertime. From cultural exhibitions to social gatherings, these activities provide the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow participants and enjoy everything London has to offer outside of the training room – all at no additional cost!
The ORSC Fast Track program will take place throughout June and July 2023, with sessions held in person at a central London venue. Participants will progress through the four ORSC modules – Intelligence, Geography, Path, and Systems Integration – in sequential order, culminating in a comprehensive understanding of ORSC principles and practices.

Your ORSC fast track to becoming a confident & skilled Team Coach…
For aspiring ORSC practitioners who have completed one of the ORSC foundation courses, this is your opportunity to complete the core curriculum and become a skilled team coach in just 12 days.
Over the 12 days you’ll learn 40 tools and 27 skills that will equip you to step into a new identity of a team coach. Throughout the fast track course, you’ll practice the tools and skills face to face with your learning system, as well as receive invaluable mentoring support from faculty members once you’ve completed the course.
You’ll join a community of like-minded people with a broad variety of skills and experience to help deepen the learning. Practice, reflect, learn, and connect with the community and learn how to co facilitate from faculty members and industry leaders.
ORSC Fast Track will take place throughout June and July 2023 and will be carried out in-person, in London!
