7 Reasons Why Assisting on ORSC is Beneficial to You

30th November 2018 /Posted byNairy

Here are 7 reasons why assisting on ORSC would be beneficial to you. We spoke to Dawn Bentley, an executive and team coach at Aurora Business Coaching, to find out why she would recommend assisting on ORSC:

  1. Extend your ORSC learning

“I wanted to extend my learning, knowing that sitting in a ‘meta’ position would enable to take in new information and see things from a different perspective.”

  1. Learn how to manage a course room

“Think of your role as ‘running the room’; taking care of the logistics so the trainers can focus on their job as well as being an active participant/learner when asked to join in an exercise.”

  1. Build your confidence – you know more than you think!

“It’s been a great confidence builder. Because you will have the opportunity to participate in some of the exercises, you realise just how much you’ve taken on board.”

  1. Experience being part of the leader team

“I’ve taken away nuances on how to set up some of the exercises and how to educate along with an opportunity to practice reading the Emotion Field of the delegates.”

  1. See ORSC from a different perspective and enhance your coaching skills

“You get to see the programme from a completely different perspective, which can only enhance your own practice. You also get to see different trainer styles and 3rd entities.”

More reasons to assist on ORSC

  1. Welcome and connect with new ORSC-ers

Network with a diverse range of people from all over the world and welcome them to the ORSC family.

  1. Free food

Your breakfast, lunch and refreshments will all be provided on the Fast Track Programme 2019, held at Etc. Venue, Hatton Gardens.

We are looking for assistants for our Fast Track Programme starting in January, 2019. This is a unique opportunity to build on your ORSC tools/skills. We only have four spaces available – please contact Katie to register at katie@crruk.com
