This International Coaching Week, join us for a special virtual community event to deepen your existing ORSC Coaching Skills or if you are new to Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching, come and experience the power of ORSC tools in Systems Coaching!
Aligned with this year’s ICF theme “celebrating the power and impact of professional coaching” we are hosting a learning session for ORSC Coaches aiming for mastery. This will be a safe place to practice, have fun and network.
Master the ORSC tools of creating skilful communication using the Team Toxins Grid and getting systems unstuck using the Informal Constellation. This is your chance for ORSC Coaching mastery and together we will celebrate the power and impact of ORSC coaching within a system.
On an edge? Or feel nervous? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. You’ll have ORSC angels on your shoulders to support you during the process!
Come and join us as
- Participant: Be a client! Gain a deeper understanding of the client experience and boost your empathy.
- Facilitator: Step up and facilitate/coach to master your ORSC Skills
- Observer: Hone your skills in providing valuable feed-forward using C.O.I.N.
The coaching scenarios will be circulated the week before to provide plenty of time to get into character.
