How is the programme delivered?

Our programme is delivered in English, online via Zoom in five modules over fourteen full days, with a three-week interval between each module.

We use relationship/systems/team interchangeably. What we mean with these words is that we train YOU to bring out the wisdom in all relationship whether it’s at the self-level, at the team, family or wider systems level.

Each module includes coaching the individual (many parts of self) the pair and large groups. The modules cover the following areas of professional coaching practice:

Module One: Foundations of ORSC

  • Introducing and foundation of how to coach a relationship, using ORSC principles
  • Who are you coaching?
  • Creating the container to coach the team/relationship
  • understand the difference between alignment and agreement
  • Coaching skills for alignment working
  • Work with toxins and conflict

Module Two: Intelligence

  • Working with teams facing change transitions
  • Learning to listen to all the ways teams/relationships/systems communicate
  • Coaching conflict in an organisation setting

Module Three: Geography

  • Introducing roles
  • Metaphor & Perspective Shifts

Module Four: Path

  • Metaphor & Perspective Shifts
  • Being Professional
  • Transactional Analysis & Coaching
  • Self-Care for Coaches

Module Five: Systems Integration

  • Practise integrating the skills and tools of all previous modules
  • Increase your confidence

After each module you are invited to attend a 90-minute group mentor coaching session.

Additionally, following Module 2 you have the option to sign-up for three relationship (personal or professional) coaching sessions with an ORSC Certification student. These coaching sessions will give you an insight into the impact of ORSC on your relationship

Final module delegates will receive additional 45 minute 1:1 coaching session to align and act.

How many coaching tools will I learn?

You are provided with 40 tools and 27 skills because we do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to relationship/team coaching. We believe that coaches are more effective if they have access to a wide range of tools and have the skills which give flexibility to meet the team/relationship where they are, reveal what are the needs or where there is misalignment, and coach the client to align and act.

Our programme will give you a rich variety of tools skills and techniques and the ability to develop and flex to your own unique coaching style.

What's the learning structure?

You will start practising coaching the relationship from day one and continue regular practice in pairs, triads and small groups throughout the entire programme, receiving feedback throughout from the course tutors. You will benefit from coaching others, being coached and observing coaching demonstrations to help you develop your own team coaching mastery.

How many CCEs does the series award?

On completion of each module in the ORSC series participants earn between 12 and 18 ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units. Fundamentals awards 12 CCEs and modules 2-5 award 18 CCEs each.

Those who complete the series (all five module of the core ORSC curriculum), from Fundamentals to Systems Integration, earn 84 CCE units in total.
