ORSC Perspective

People are Saying the ORSC Perspective has “Revolutionised” Their Way of Thinking. Here’s Why.

4th August 2024 /Posted byNairy

Hundreds of people come out of the ORSC™ (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching) programme, all over the world, saying that the ORSC perspective has completely revolutionised their way of thinking.  Why do so many forward-thinking CEOs, managers and coaches opt to add ORSC tools into their skillset?

What makes ORSC, well…. ORSC?

1. The Relationship System is the Client, Not the Individuals

In ORSC, the relationship is the client. Individuals involved are critical, but you learn to view them as a voice of the system and a signal for change. This helps you to focus on a different agenda of what the relationship, the team, the family needs. In this way, the ORSC tools teach you how to unfold the relationship agenda rather than the individuals’ agenda.

2. The ORSC Tools

The ORSC training programme is jam-packed full of tools to work with: conflict mediation, increasing awareness (social, emotional and relationship intelligence), building positivity and productivity and revealing the culture within a system

3. ORSC Perspective on Relationship Lifespans

All relationship systems have an arc to their life span. Some teams may only come together for a few weeks, or a marriage might last a life time. The fact that a relationship system comes to an end is not a sign of failure, it’s simply an expression of its creativity; of ebb and flow, of beginnings and endings. Even in breakdown, the system has everything it needs to find “what’s trying to happen.”

4. Coach the Whole Relationship System

The ORSC perspective is about looking at the bigger picture and not just individuals. It means that the sum is greater than the individual parts.

5. Reveal the System to Itself

The job of the Relationship Systems Coach is to not repair or fix the system but rather to reveal its nature to its members. Each tool and skill in the courses is designed to help the system learn about itself. Armed with new awareness and new tools, the system’s members can become responsible to better perform and deliver what is their stated goal.

Many of the tools and skills within ORSC™ training have been trademarked because they are that valuable, you will not find them anywhere else!
