Kerry Woodcock
Kerry’s purpose is to lead change for a world of change. As a leadership coach, she challenges and supports leaders, teams and networks to amplify the power of relationship—for it is powerful relationship that creates meaningful change. Weaving together innovations from the world of change leadership, neuro-leadership, process-oriented psychology, adult development, systems and embodied coaching, she coaches leaders to grow collective and change leadership capability, through developing a change climate, mindset and culture. She is a perceptive, playful adventurer who brings a natural lightness and rigour to everything she does and has been described as a BrinkLeader, StoryWeaver and LightSprite.
Kerry started her career as a participatory learning and action practitioner and trainer, supporting the negotiation of changing roles between government, NGOs and local forest people in natural forest management in Tanzania. Her book ‘Changing Roles in Natural Forest Management’, based on her doctoral research, was published in 2002 and is still well referenced today. She is a professionally accredited and certified coach, with 15 years of coaching experience and 10 years experience coaching leaders and teams at C-Suite and Senior Director and Manager levels. She works as both an external and internal senior leadership and team coach, coaching in a range of organizational contexts from NGOs to local and national government, and private and public corporations, in a variety of fields from Energy, Environment, Engineering, Media, Communications, and domains from Finance to IT and Human Resources. She is a trainer, mentor and supervisor of new and senior coaches in systems coaching and is a CRR Global faculty leader, training and supervising both coaches and leaders in relationship systems coaching skills. In 2018, she led the training program for the first cohort of Ethiopian EthicalCoaches, eighteen of whom received European Mentoring and Coaching Council accreditation at foundation level or higher, and continues to support the Ethiopian Local Coach Network that emerged from that, as well as lead the Coaching Impact Evaluation for EthicalCoach.
British-born. she lives in Calgary with her adventurous family and the world as her playground. She finds her deepest connection through story weaving both in writing flash fiction, filming biopics, painting portraits and dancing – both on the inside and outside.

Kiki Kesseler
Kiki is an international trainer, certification cohort leader and supervisor for Center for Right Relationship (CRR Global). She is based in the Netherlands after having lived abroad for nearly 20 years in the United Arab Emirates, Germany, New York and Austria. Kiki coaches leadership teams within organisations, works with SME’s and loves the personal work with couples and individuals as well. With more than 15 years of corporate experience working with international brands in hospitality and luxury retail, Kiki has been well exposed to cultural diversity within organisations and teams. Her passion for working with systems diversity and dynamics brings energy to the room!

Linda Berlot
Linda is a human development specialist with more than 19 years experience in the fields of learning and development, strategic organisational change and team dynamics with a focus on creating alignment in the organisations she works with. She is of Italian origin and has been living in the United Arab Emirates and working in the Middle East since 2004.
Linda spent 20 years working in the Retail and Luxury Goods Industry where she worked with several well known prestigious brands. Prior to coming to the Middle East she formed her own consulting company, where the focus was on successfully delivering cultural awareness and change programs to mid to large size organizations.
Over the last 8 years, Linda has been coaching and consulting in the field of leadership and strategic change and brings the wealth of her experience to her clients by working with companies, and in particular their executive leadership teams, to create alignment and focus on their teams dynamics, key metrics & goals so that companies may get on track and stay on track in fast-moving environments.

Lori Shook
Lori is a renowned practice leader, coach, trainer, author and speaker. She’s been a certified professional coach since 1997, and has held the prestigious designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC), from the International Coach Federation, since 2001. She’s a faculty member for three global coach training organisations and has trained thousands of new coaches in a variety of settings.
Lori has designed a number of coaching programmes, including CRR Global’s own Alchemy course. She has worked in 17 different countries, from North America and Europe, to the Middle East, Africa and Asia, and has coached a variety of clients, including consultants, small business owners, engineers, managers, and executives. Lori’s past clients have included IBM, Siemens, Cap Gemini, Prudential, and Dubai Holdings.

Louise Yates
Louise specialises in working with leaders and their teams particularly through periods of intense change. She believes that everyone should have a positive experience at work and her works supports leaders and her teams to create those working environments where everyone can thrive and work at their best.
With a background in sales and learning and development in the corporate world, Louise has been running her own coaching practice for the last 15 years. She works with a wide range of organisations across sectors including environmental, pharmaceutical, nuclear, the creative arts, transport, not-for-profit and the prison service, and has a particular passion for working with purpose-lead organisations which have a desire to make a positive impact within their communities or the wider world.
Louise is an accredited member of the International Coach Federation at PCC level, a Certified Organisation and Relationship Coach, a Certified Professional Coactive Coach and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
In addition to working directly as a systems coach with leaders and their teams, Louise has a passion for supporting others to do the same. As a member of the CRR Global Faculty she trains others in Organisation and Relationship Coaching and is also a professionally trained Coach supervisor with the Coach Supervision Academy.
Outside of work Louise feels grateful to live in the beautiful Ribble Valley in the Northwest of England where she has the opportunity to connect daily with the nature that surrounds her. Food, travel and walking play an important part in her life as does her husband, Paul and daughters Hannah and Lucy, who continually inspire her and remind her of what is important in life. -
Maddie Weinreich
Maddie Weinreich specializes in strengthening the interpersonal relationships that exist within business environments for the purpose of enhancing team performance and productivity. She coaches leadership teams around the globe to navigate change and to effectively improve organizational cultures within large and small businesses.
Maddie has been a leader in the development of a coaching system that calls forth the best in business teams and inspires them to create sustainable success. She works with a wide range of organizations including corporate conglomerates, small and large family businesses, and government agencies.
In addition to coaching and training business teams, Maddie also works with dynamic couples who choose to be the architects of their relationship. She custom designs coaching programs for couples to achieve the changes and growth they desire in their personal and professional lives together.
Maddie currently serves as the Director of Faculty Development for CRR Global. She is a senior Front of the Room Leader for the ORSC Program and ORSC Certification. Maddie holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential with the International Coaches Federation (ICF). She is a Certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), a Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC), and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). Maddie is an authorized facilitator for the Team Diagnostic Assessment and the Leadership Circle Assessment. Coach Maddie also provides mentoring services and consultation for professionals working in the field of relationship growth and development

Mish Middelmann
Mish Middelmann has pioneered the introduction of Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching in sub-Saharan Africa since 2012 as CRR Global’s partner and gone on to become one of SA’s first two ORSC certified coaches and members of CRR Global’s international faculty. Prior to that he was certified as a Co-Active Coach in 2008 and with the ICF as a Professional Certified Coach in 2010. His coaching training is backed by business education from Harvard Business School (Owner President Management Programme, 2002-4) a Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Zimbabwe and a BA and BSc from the University of Cape Town.
Coming from an entrepreneurial career as the co-founder and first CEO of the award-winning software and IT services firm Praxis Computing (www.praxis.co.za), and before that a township high school teacher in Zimbabwe in the 1980s, Mish brings his rich and eclectic experience to coaching and to coach training.
His clients span a wide range across Africa and Europe. Entrepreneurs include an Africa wide green energy company and a mobile-phone education enterprise in Kenya. Large and medium corporations include the European branch of a global business process outsourcing company in Europe; media, financial services and economic development across the continent of Africa; telecommunications, industrial suppliers and universities in South Africa; and airlines in the Indian Ocean region. Social entrepreneurs include a Soweto school principal, a Namibian eco-tourism CEO, and the founder of a flourishing Soweto social development agency.
He holds a vision of systems-inspired leadership served by developing new leadership competencies. This vision includes training coaches and organisational leaders throughout Africa, and serving better organisational performance and leadership on the continent. Nairy McMahon
Nairy is CRR Global’s Director of Business Development, a Faculty member and Head of CRR UK.
She is a CTI trained coach and ORSC Certified practitioner with a corporate background, having worked in banking and property development. She has spent the past 10 years collaborating and running a private investment company in London. She also has acted as a business advisor to a number of start-ups. She has a strong interest in teams, especially culturally diverse teams. A psychologist by education, Nairy has worked and lived on four continents.

Nathalie Ducray
Nathalie is trained and certified to CTI Co-Active Coaching (CPPC) and to CRR Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC), she is PCC, Professional Certified Coach by ICF (International Coach Federation). Nathalie is also a MBTI and DISC practitioner and is trained to codevelopment, a cutting edge approach to facilitate co-learning in groups of pairs.
In France and UK, Nathalie is providing individual coaching, team coaching and training, depending on the individuals’ and companies’ requirements as well as the needs detected by a preliminary assessment. She is working in English and in French. She has co-founded FORSC in France, CRR Global exclusive distributor of ORSC, and now FORSC Ltd in UK.
In addition to her corporate activities, Nathalie is also delivering courses in business and engineering schools; she is partner of the Leadership and Management Dean of Edhec Business School.
Graduated from Edhec Business School, Nathalie has a 15 years experience of Sales & Marketing experience in the media industry, where she has held varied positions ranging from Key Account Manager, Sales Director, Deputy Marketing Director, for French major organizations such as France Télécom, Canal+, TDF. She had major achievements in key accounts management, business development, product management, design and launch of new products and services, as well as people and projects management. Through her various experiences, she has always appreciated and she has always been appreciated for her natural gift for human relationship, and she seamlessly moved to coaching and training some years ago.
