Nati Treister-Goren
As an internationally certified system coach and facilitator, Anat focuses on relationships and productivity within teams and organizations. Employing diverse coaching models that stem from emotional and social intelligence, appreciative inquiry, positive psychology, change integration & management, deep democracy and co-active coaching, Anat introduces organizations to the mindset, skills and tools required to execute successful change through powerful collaboration.
A certified co-active coach since 2006, and an Organizational Relationship Coach certified since 2007 Anat is the founder and CEO of Lead Out of the Box Leadership Ltd., a coaching firm working with diverse organizational clients all over the world. Completing her PhD in neurolinguistics and speech-language pathology in 1991, she has occupied senior executive business development, R&D and marketing positions in the hi-tech industry, focusing primarily on speech recognition and artificial intelligence. In the more distant past, Anat was a professional singer and actress.
Anat is a Master Coach certified by the International Coach Federation, and leader for the Coaches Training Institute and the Center for Right Relationship. Anat has extensive experience working with senior and mid-level management teams, cross-functional teams, partnerships, cross-cultural teams, directory boards and more. She is an expert in following organizational processes through expansion and M&A, for both large and mid-size organizations and start-ups. She also works with partnerships, families and couples. Her past and current clients include Intel, Médecins Sans Frontières, HSBC, Global Fund, UNICEF, HP Software, Oracle, Microsoft, Intel, SAS, Trax, SafeBreach and many more.

Obi James
Obi is a an Executive Coach & OD Consultant with over 10 years experience of working in HR, OD and L&D within large multinational organisations like Deloitte, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley and Northern Trust. As a Vice President and EMEA Strategic Programme Manager for Northern Trust, she developed strong expertise and passion for leadership development, performance management, talent management, succession planning and change management.
She set up her Leadership & Team Development consultancy business in 2010 and has since worked with various leaders and teams within organisations such as the Mayor of London’s teams, Bloomberg, TSB, Barclays, Lloyds, Farfetch, Save the Children and Royal African Society.In addition to facilitating a number of team development journeys at any given time,Obi is also an Organisational Development & Quality Improvement Coach for the NHS developing their leaders, in-house coaches and teams so they can work better together to unpick challenges, get joy back in their workplaces and cope with the demands of the public and the government.Obi's big dream is to build a network of systems-inspired leaders and change agents that will create sustainable change in Africa, helping the continent to maximise its vast resources. -
Ozlem Berber
Ozlem's business background includes being a Managing Director of Publicis Graphics, one of the world's leading advertising agencies, from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that she worked as a strategic planner and client relationship expert for marketing communications, for over 15 years, and took on managerial Responsibilities in various local and global advertising agencies.
Ozlem's coaching practice is based on co-active principles and the ORSC systems coaching methodology. Since 2007, she has worked as an executive, team and relationship leader, in the development of a range of industries, including Turkish Airlines, HP, Ericsson, eBay, Societe Generale, Deloitte, BASF, Bunge, Ogilvy, Abbvie and PerkinElmer.
She is a professor at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Ronnie Ndlovu
Ronnie Ndlovu is one of South Africa’s first two coaches to certify in the advanced ORSC methodology and be chosen for CRR’s international faculty. As a top coach in the southern African region over more than a decade, he serves corporate, individual and non-profit clients throughout the SADC region. In addition to his ORSC qualifications, he completed a one-year Co-Active Coach training programme in 2007 with the Coaches Training Institute and is an expert in the use of the Enneagram. He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). He has also completed a two-year programme on Process Work Facilitation based on Process Orientated Psychology.
Ronnie helps organisations and teams find alignment while maximising productivity and innovation. Recent clients in coaching and leadership development include Alexander Forbes, eNCA, Nedbank, South African Breweries, Pretoria Portland Cement (PPC), First National Bank, the University of Cape Town and the Development Bank of Southern Africa. Clients coached include business teams (from shop floor employees and their leaders through to executives), couples in crisis, and senior business and non-profit professionals and executives.
Execufind is the company Ronnie founded in 1994, initially focusing on strategic executive search. He has extensive experience in evaluating executives’ suitability, especially cultural fit, for roles in a wide range of global and local companies. A significant part of his role has been on-boarding of strategic hires, which includes coaching and integrating the new employee into their team. In the past five years, Ronnie has focused his coaching business more on relationship coaching in teams and executive coaching.
Prior to founding Execufind, Ronnie spent five years with CE International, a division of Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) as a Business Counsellor advising small businesses and not-for- profit companies on business strategy and implementation, and later head of Corporate Social Investment. Before that he was an accountant in a hospital in Philadelphia, USA.

Suncica Getter
With over 15 years of experience in learning and development, Suncica has worked with clients across the globe, focusing on personal relationships and family goals, as well as work and leadership development.
Suncica frequently works with individuals and teams focusing on leadership development and culture change. She believes the ORSC model inspires and equips people to be conscious and intentional in their relationships. Suncica’s clients have included Accenture, Serbian Local Government (Kragujevac City Assembly), Homes for Haringay, X-Mobility, and Aviva.
Prior to becoming a coach, Suncica worked as an English language teacher, English and American Literature lecturer, and as a translator and interpreter. Her career in teaching helped to develop her mentoring skills and deepen her understanding of the learning process, as well as her ability to plan and deliver learning programmes.

Victor Nunez
Victor started his coaching career in 2010 having amassed over fifteen years as an information technology professional with work in at least ten cities in Australia, Asia, Middle East and Europe and with over a dozen number of nationals and cultures. Whilst working as an information technology leader in Kabul, Afghanistan, he was amidst the company of eager staff who not only wanted to know the latest in technology but also know about themselves, their potential, their career paths and their place in the world. In Kabul, he experienced a new way of working with individuals and teams of different nationalities, cultures or tribes, leading and coaching them in the midst of constant threat to life by bombings, one of which was a very close explosion that led him to leave the country and to rethink what was important in life. This ultimately led to a career change into coaching.
Victor was a member of the Pioneer cohort and the first to be certified in Organization and Relationship Coaching (ORSCC) in the Southeast Asia and Australia region. He is also a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) and is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He also has a long experience in and a coach of the agile way of working, possessing Certified Scrummaster (CSM) certification, mastery in the role in agile responsible, among others for the development of teams to be high performing and self-organizing. He is also versed in the practice and application of the Systemic Team Coaching model and actively engaged in the practice of nonviolent communication (NVC) in his communications and relationships. He incorporates all these practices through a brand of coaching described as getting the best in “the way you work, the way you relate and the way you are.”
Victor is experienced in coaching teams, relationships and individuals in various industries and at both corporate and private levels. He also creates and develops workshops for clients and teams around specific topics and themes where new awareness and learning is needed.
Victor worked and/or lived, including coaching people in Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, United Arab Emirates, India and Afghanistan. He is based in Bangkok, Thailand and his interests include subjects pertaining to foreign languages, psychology, philosophy and astrology.
